C.A.R.E.

“Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.” ~Romans 15:7

What We Do…..

The C.A.R.E. Ministry (Connecting, Accepting, Reaching, Embracing) reflects the love of Christ by creating a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter GSMBC. Through dedicated ushers and volunteers, guests and members are greeted with kindness, assisted during worship services, and guided into fellowship within the church family. This ministry helps build meaningful connections and a strong sense of community through hospitality and service.

LETS GROW…..

New Member Orientation

New Member Orientation is a three-week course designed to help new members learn about our church’s beliefs, vision, and ministries. During this time, participants will gain a better understanding of how the church operates and discover opportunities to grow in faith and become actively involved in the church community.

Usher

The Usher Ministry serves as the welcoming presence of the church, greeting members and guests with warmth, kindness, and hospitality. Ushers assist in maintaining an organized and respectful worship environment by helping seat guests, providing assistance when needed, and supporting the flow of service. This ministry plays an important role in ensuring that everyone who enters the church feels welcomed and comfortable during worship.

Volunteers

Our church offers a variety of volunteer opportunities focused on serving both our church and the community. Volunteers can assist by greeting guests, supporting special events, and helping with the Chosen Kids program. There are also opportunities to participate in social justice initiatives that focus on education, mental health support, and economic empowerment. Volunteers will be notified of upcoming serving opportunities and ways they can make a meaningful impact through service.
